I remember you being exited about half a house... low interest, easy renters, blah blah blah (I listened to it for a good while as I recall). Nevertheless, I'm glad it all worked out in the end.
Good Riddance like you said!!!!! Thank goodness you got out!! Our "half house" deal thing won't officially be over until the guy refinances the house (crossing our fingers that will be June). At least we both got some of our money back but I totally understand about it not being fair with the time and energy spent. Just as it was with us, we should all be glad we are out of the situation! Amen!! Good on ya'll and much luck in your other investments. Also amen about the whole listening to the wife thing, we've got uterine radar for bullcrap and men should listen up.
